VELUX Pitched Roof Solar-powered Skylights (VSS)

The VSS is the ultimate skylight that provides abundant daylight and controllable ventilation. Operated by a Radio Frequency wall-mounted keypad (included) and is powered by a concealed battery pack that is recharged by the external solar panel – allowing operation even when the sun isn’t out.
Product features:
- Solar Powered - recharges battery used for operation (works both day and night).
- Electrician not required to install.
- White painted interior wood frame and sash.
- Outer aluminium cappings (grey).
- Smooth, low profile sits lower in the roof, does not obstruct the roofline.
- Choice of 10 sizes.
- Rain sensor automatically closes the skylight when rain is detected.
- High Performance double glazing as standard; with NEAT™ coating to reduce cleaning frequency.
- Insect screen fitted as standard.
- Complete with flashings for corrugated iron or tile roofs.
- Approx 80% Heat Block.
Wireless control system:
- Externally mounted rain sensor automatically closes the skylight once rain is detected.
- Easy to use wireless key pad provided
- KLF 200 Home Automation Systems interface available (sold separately)
- Automatically control Heat, CO2 and Humidity with VELUX ACTIVE (sold separately)
